These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of any engagement. If we are working for you, the contract between us governs that work and takes precedence over anything on this page.
Who you are agreeing with
Modern Signal is the trading name of D.C. Web Troupe LLC, registered in Pennsylvania, United States. Services in India are delivered by ModernSignal Services Private Limited, Hyderabad. Which entity you are dealing with depends on how you came to us, and your contract will say so.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, print and share these pages. What you may not do is try to gain unauthorized access to the site or anything behind it, interfere with how it runs, harvest it systematically by automated means, or present yourself as connected to us when you are not.
What belongs to whom
The text, design, photography and code on this site are ours unless marked otherwise. Client names and logos appear only where that client has cleared their use, and they remain the property of those clients. Case studies describe work we did; the systems and data they describe belong to the clients concerned.
What you send us
If you contact us, you are responsible for having the right to send what you send. Please do not put confidential information in the contact form. It is there to start a conversation, not to transfer anything sensitive — once we are talking we will tell you a better route.

Links to other sites
Where we link to someone else's site we are pointing at something useful, not endorsing everything on it. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
What this site is and is not
We keep this site accurate and current as best we can, but it is published as it is. Nothing on it is advice for your situation, and nothing on it is a promise about what a piece of work would cost, how long it would take, or what it would produce. Figures in case studies describe what happened in that engagement, not what will happen in yours.
