NASFAA launches its Budget Effect Estimator, which allows universities to forecast the impact of the proposed 2018 federal budget on their student financial aid offerings. Modern Signal created the front-end display and developed tools for NASFAA to upload and manage the data.

The project, funded by Lumina Foundation, included responsive design, a content management system, and integration with Cayzu, a helpdesk software solution.

Modern Signal releases rebranded and updated State Alcohol Laws online database for Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA). The new site features responsive design, targeted searching, dynamic PDF report generation and enhanced login and permissions systems.
