Built in partnership with streetsense, the new site features microsites for dozens of apartment communities, complete with real-time floor plan availability and pricing through a Yardi/RentCafe API integration. Paired with a .NET and CMS upgrade, the result is a sleek, high-performing website that empowers the SPG team and drives leasing success.

• Users can search by name, location or zip code. Results are shown as both lists and as points plotted on a map.
• Each search result is clickable to view a mini-site for each property. Data for each property is managed via the CMS so that the content can be customized per property while maintaining a consistent style and structure across properties.
• The site also features image and video libraries, as well as dynamic maps, blogs, news articles and press releases – all managed via admin tools.
