Since 2010, Modern Signal has served as AUCD’s sole vendor to oversee all of AUCD's multiple websites and application systems, including NIRS.  In 2024, we also redesigned, programmed and launched their main site, aucd.org, an ADA-compliant site which was recently awarded the Digital Health Award in the category of Responsive Website Design.

• Built this web-based platform to collect data on government grants, and create automatic reports.
• Redesigned the site to be responsive on mobile and tablet devices.
• Updated the site to be accessible by being tab-able, including in the forms. The site works on screen readers, including NVDA (NonVisual Desktop Access), which enables blind and vision impaired to better use the site.
• The templates are crafted with WAI-ARIA considerations to comply with WCAG.
