Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics · A US-based manufacturer
A procurement operation rebuilt in five months — 60% lower to run, 20% average savings on renegotiated contracts
A US manufacturer needed a procurement function that could grow with the business rather than constrain it — running across two ERPs at once. We built a dedicated team in Hyderabad, rebuilt the processes around it, and went live in five months.

Entered once, not three times — 70% faster RCM workflows and 35% off licensing
A healthcare provider's technology estate had grown by addition, with every business unit solving its own problem. We took over running it, then rebuilt what duplication had made expensive.

24 badge types in three months — 52,000 recipients, no registration failures
NASFAA issued certification badges through a third-party platform: a separate site, a separate login, administration awkward enough to be a constraint, and registration failing at the exact moment a member claimed what they had earned. We built badging into the website and CMS NASFAA already runs. Staff configured 24 badge types within three months, more than 52,000 recipients were onboarded without a registration failure, and the recurring license stopped.

Guardrails instead of a style guide — three conference sites live in four months
The National Association of Home Builders was launching conference websites on a legacy CMS that let content managers change fonts and colors on any page — so every event site drifted a little further from the brand. We replaced it with a platform where typography and core styling are locked into the CSS and everything else is theirs. Three conference sites have gone live since June 2026, and other departments are now asking for it.

The International Builders' Show, rebuilt every year
A trade show site is not a website that gets redesigned every few years. It is a product with a fixed annual deadline, an audience that turns over between editions, and tooling thousands of exhibitors depend on. We build the registration site, the microsites and the rest of the digital experience for the National Association of Home Builders, and have done for about two decades.
