Modern Signal developed a mobile app for INQUIREhealthcare (Independent Quality Ratings in healthcare) that allows users to instantly find doctors and nurses who demonstrate high quality care compared to national standards of quality. Users can find doctors, nurses and hospitals that are recognized nationally for conditions such as diabetes, cardiac care, hypertension, heart failure, coronary heart disease, COPD, asthma, and digestive health. Incorporating The Leapfrog Group's Hospital Safety Score, the app also provides hospital safety ratings and how well hospitals protect patients from accidents, injuries, harm and errors.

This mobile app is available for free through Apple's App Store and Google Play.
