Associate Project Manager

Associate Web Project Manager (full-time, remote)

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an associate web project manager. 

Initially, responsibilities will include assisting Senior Project Managers with the following tasks but within six two twelve months, will take the lead on:

  • Writing user and business requirements for website projects.
  • Drafting wireframes to illustrate screen elements and functionality.
  • Creating content inventories and information architecture.
  • Writing test plans and beta testing to ensure site meets requirements.
  • Creating project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinating internal team of designers, developers and project managers to ensure that project is delivered on time and budget.
  • Communicating with clients throughout the entire life cycle of a project, from the initial requirements gathering, through design, development, testing, launch and post-launch maintenance.
  • Assisting with proposal writing and budgeting.
  • Conducting research on industry trends.
  • Scheduling meetings and taking meeting notes.
  • Assisting with maintenance of Modern Signal website and other marketing tasks.


Candidate must:

  • Be an excellent writer and clear communicator.
  • Be a level-headed and sharp thinker.
  • Be flexible and willing to take on new tasks.
  • Be comfortable taking ownership of assigned work and projects.
