Post a sign-up form on your website and capture leads and inquiries into an easily accessible database. Our development of a robust email marketing tool will allow you to:

Search over your contacts list based on any number of criteria including name, status, date range, interests, etc.
Update contact information, as well as add and delete entries.
Create highly designed custom email templates, integrated with your contact list.
For an already existing third party membership database, set up mailing lists with recipient data pulled dynamically that third-party tool.

Emails will be queued and sent one-by-one to each recipient, so it can handle thousands of recipients. The email will have unsubscribe links so users can opt-out of communications. Custom reports are available to show the efficacy of your email campaign, including the number of emails sent, the number of emails opened, and the number of click-thrus.
